With over 30 years’ experience in delivering exemplary concierge services, Sophie Shelton and Hope Dowlen first met in 2010 in Harrods, where Sophie led the personal shopping team. Both Sophie and Hope worked with high net worth individuals from across the world, looking after a diverse range of requests, setting them in good stead for anything to come.
It was these varied requests and the increasing pace of their clients’ lives that led them to create a concierge with a difference.
In 2015, the pair recognised a growing need for a lifestyle management service whose ethos focused just as heavily on their members’ wellbeing on the inside as much as the outside. They joined forces with the aim of creating an environment where members felt so confident in their advice and recommendations, that they really did feel as though they could ask them anything.
48 London offers a holistic end-to-end service with vibrancy and professionalism, where ‘no’ is never the answer and everything is possible.
